Andy is a family man, and just welcomed baby number 5 into his family. He enjoys spending time with his family, working out, and giving back to the community. 

As the lead buyers’ agent on the Sioux Empire Home Team, Andrew Theesen has years of experience helping buyers feel at ease as they make one of the largest purchases of their lifetime. Andrew brings knowledge of the market, marketing and negotiation skills, and passion that allow him to stand out from other agents in the area. Andrew works with the clients through each step of the home buying process to make sure that it is smooth and enjoyable. Andrew is originally from southern Nebraska and lives with his wife and their 2-year-old daughter in Tea. When not showing homes or working on business, Andrew enjoys playing the drums and singing in numerous groups at his church.

While Larry had established himself in the car sales business, his wife had a different aspiration. One day, she expressed her desire to become a realtor, and Larry readily offered his support.
